Website privacy notice

Updated 7 September 2026. This notice covers enquiries through the Committee Assist public website. Building portal information and access arrangements are addressed separately during onboarding.

Information you provide

When you contact us, you may provide your name, contact details, role, building or community name and a description of the work you want help with. Please do not include private resident records, payment information or sensitive documents.

How your enquiry is used

Your details are used to respond, arrange a committee review and prepare a proposal. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Website and delivery services

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Email enquiries are handled through our business email service. Service providers may process technical information, including network addresses, to deliver and protect their services. This notice does not promise Australian-only processing.

Your choices and questions

To ask what enquiry information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact enquiries@committeeassist.com or 08 7544 1304. We will discuss the request and any records that need to be retained.
